In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, Dr. Chicko and his staff are implementing changes according to local Health and CDC Guidelines and offering alternate methods for patient visits, including Telehealth options. Please call our office for more information: (540) 785-7000. All patients will be asked pre-screening questions. Please check-in from your vehicle upon arrival in our parking lot on the day of your appointment. We will call you on your cell phone when you are ready to be seen and your temperature will be taken prior to entering our office. If your temp. is over 100 degrees, we will reschedule. No Walk-ins will be permitted. You must CALL AHEAD if you are picking up prescriptions, orthotics, paperwork, etc. or dropping off any paperwork, forms, other materials. ONLY PATIENTS with an appointment may enter our waiting area. Minors should still be accompanied by ONE parent or guardian. Visitors and family members, please wait in your vehicles. All patients are required to wear a face mask before entering our office. We cannot provide face masks due to the shortage of supplies. IF you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of respiratory infection (e.g. Cough, Sore Throat, Fever), please call to reschedule. IF you have traveled outside of Virginia or outside of the country, or have been in close contact with someone who has, please wait 14 days to schedule your appointment.
